Gotta love Apple!

Each time I visit the Apple store I'm like a kid in the candy shop. Not only do they have very capable sales/techs available in abundance but they also know their product. My last vist was to troubleshoot my iPod Nano. Three steps into the store and the tech had the problem solved. Now that's great service. Love their product
